Biography

Originally from Michigan, I am the sole
proprietor of Acupoint Health Services.  I
received my Bachelor of Science degree
in Mechanical Engineering and worked
in the automotive and petroleum
industries for 15 years.  After seeing
firsthand how effective acupuncture
could be,  I decided to change careers
and in 2008, graduated from the
American College of Acupuncture and
Oriental Medicine (ACAOM) in Houston,
TX, receiving a Master of Acupuncture
and Oriental Medicine (MAOM) degree.

Certifications/Professional Memberships

I am licensed as an Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist in the state of Texas and
certified by the Texas State Board of Acupuncture Examiners. I am also qualified as a
Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (certified in both Acupuncture and Chinese herbs) by the
National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and
hold professional memberships with the American Botanical Council, American
Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and Texas Association of Acupuncture
and Oriental Medicine (TAAOM).
